2. **Item Condition**: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all markings still on, not used, and untreated. Returns will not be accepted for products that don’t fit these requirements.

Within seven to ten business days of approval, a refund will be sent to the original payment method.

4. **Exchanges**: – Complete the return procedures above and place a new order for the desired item if you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour.

2. Items that are damaged or defective will not be accepted.
